Refund policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. This policy explains failed-generation credit reversals and purchase refund requests.
Failed generations
If credits were debited and processing definitively fails, the task ledger returns those credits once. A pending, queued, or still-recoverable provider request is not a definitive failure.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support with the account email and payment reference. Payment callback and entitlement records are idempotent, and confirmed duplicate charges will be investigated with the payment provider.
Consumed credits
Completed generations consume the disclosed credits. Because AI output is probabilistic, stylistic preference alone does not automatically qualify a completed generation for a refund, except where required by law.
Processing a request
Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method. Associated unused credits may be revoked to prevent double reimbursement.
